How To Order

On the Home page there are pictures of our different tongue drum models. Simply click on any tongue drum picture, and you will be taken to a page with sound clips and more information. At the bottom of these pages, there are Add to Cart buttons. Just highlight your tuning choice on the Tunings menu and click Add to Cart to place an order.

Ordering is done online using PayPal. This ensures a safe and secure transaction. You do not need to have a Paypal account to place an order. You have the choice of whether to start a Paypal account, or simply place your order by credit card. When you your order is completed, you will be returned automatically to the www.tonguedrum.com home page.

You may also order by credit card over the phone at 530-894-6349.

All orders are sent via Fed Ex unless otherwise arranged.

The drums are carefully packed. They are double-boxed and heavily padded. We guarantee safe arrival. We insure them as well. Our guarantee and return policy.

Please allow 10 business days from the time of your order for your tongue drum to arrive.

Every single instrument is handcrafted and the number of instruments ordered at any given time of the year determines how fast we're able to fill an order. If you need your drum by a specific date, please let us know, we can usually accommodate your request.

                                                         About International Orders

If you live outside the US,  your order will be shipped through the US Post Office International Shipping. This takes 6-10 days from the time your order is mailed until it arrives.  The ordering process is very similar to placing an order in the US, which is listed in the How to Order, at the top of this page.

Highlight your tuning choice and click the Add to Cart button. You will be taken to the Paypal page. You will see your model and tuning of drum listed. Click on the Proceed to Checkout button. Then click on the Calculate Total Order Amount button. You will see the Shipping Outside the US? link. Click on this, and highlight your country on the drop down menu. This will tell you the total amount of your order, including shipping.     

Countries we ship to on a regular basis include UK, France, Spain, Japan, Israel, and Germany. We are able to ship to any country where the US Post Office will deliver a package. All packages are shipped insured, and we guarantee safe arrival or we replace the instrument or refund the purchase amount.
